코로나로 인해 해외여행은 정말 꿈도 못 꾸고 있는 시기죠. 저도 물론 집콕만 하면서, 유튜브로 세계를 돌아다니고 있는데 그런 이 시기에 아주 알맞은 유튜브 채널 소풍족! 소풍족 채널의 나름 최근 영상을 또 번역해봤습니다. 보면서도 저도 생각이 많아지는 영상이었는데요. 해외여행을 하면서 구걸하는 아이들에게 돈을 줘야 하는지 말아야 하는지... 사실 생각해본 적이 없었는데요. (해외를 나갈 때 그런 상황이 있었던 적도 없었던 것 같아요.) 직접 당한(?) 돈 갈취당하는 모습과 두 명의 다른 의견에 대해서 얘기하는 게 잘 표현되어있어요. 사실 좀 안타까운 마음에 몇 푼 줄 수도 있지 라는 생각에 우야 님의 의견에 동의를 하다가도, 아 아닌 건 아니지..라는 생각으로 또 은영님편에 서기도 하게 되는 사실... 어떤 편이신가요? '아이들에게 돈을 주면 아이들이 학교를 안 가고 관광객 많은 해변을 찾게 된 단말 보고 충격받았었뉸데,,'라고 하시는 댓글 보고는 저도 충격 먹었네요. 그렇게 될 수도 있겠다는 생각이 들고요. 물론 아이들 본인들이 정말 배고프고 하다고 하면 먹을 거 정도는 가볍게 사줄 수 있겠지만... 돈을 그냥 주는 방법이 능사는 아니겠다는 생각을 해봅니다.)
